In 2003 M2 was started by Willow Marr, an attorney working for the Department of Energy as a Policy Advisor and Helo Mustafa, a technology expert working for PricewaterhouseCoopers. We had one thing in common; we were experts at solving challenges and thinking differently to do it. The unimaginable was always possible! Quality was everything and the mission was simple—solve clients challenges by thinking big. Our goal was to create a company where people like and want to come to work. A place that inspires, excites, and is driven by curiosity. No challenge or request from clients was too big or unsolvable!
15 years later, M2 continues to grow—however we continue to place value on quality and maintaining a boutique firm culture, allowing for selection of clients and engagements that are transformational, meaningful and create positive change in the world. Continuous improvement drives us—we are always evaluating and enhancing services and have a true passion for what we do.
