About Joe
Joe Hamid is a Senior Managing Director at M2 specializing in problem-solving, business process optimization, and project/program management. With a robust background in transforming operations and establishing PMOs, Joe brings a results-oriented approach to every challenge. Over the last 15 years, he has worked at Fortune 500 firms supporting large technical implementations across the federal government which has honed his technology, strategy, and management expertise. Working collaboratively with M2’s COO he established M2’s Smartsheet Lab and currently manages the firm’s portfolio of 100+ Smartsheet solutions. He developed a no-code PMO framework using Smartsheet for a federal client that helped them realize a 30% cost savings – his solution was featured in four national publications. His solutions are also helping clients thrive in the New Norm of a virtual work environment.
Joe lives the M2 core values and welcomes the opportunity to work with anyone in the firm to mentor and help improve their solutions. He participates in local Northern Virginia community and charity events throughout the year, including coaching youth basketball.
Education
Joe received B.B.A in Computer Information Systems, at George Washington University.
