About Eric
Eric Abla is a Managing Director at M2 Strategy where he works with client executive teams to ensure their processes and procedures for daily operations align with their strategic objectives. His expertise in organizational health assessments, communications management, change management, and project management ensures his clients are well-positioned to identify and take advantage of opportunities at the intersection of emerging technology and customer needs.
Eric has worked as a management consultant for 10+ years. Prior to joining M2, he led enterprise IT, financial, and risk management initiatives for organizations across the private and non-profit sectors, improving their operating income and executive-level decision-making.
Eric appreciates M2’s core values and is always eager to mentor junior employees across the firm. He is civic-minded and actively participates in improving his community by volunteering in local organizations including the Armed Forces Retirement Home.
Education
Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University.
