About Shahab
Shahab Albahar is a Manager at M2, where he leads the company’s client training and educational initiatives, specializing in transforming complex technical material into engaging and creative learning content. He has particular expertise in developing animated visualizations, 3D modeling, and GIS-based analytical mapping to enhance educational experiences. Before joining M2, Shahab was a principal consultant at in-maginative, an education-focused consulting group, where he helped over 200 college applicants gain admission to top-tier design programs at leading U.S. institutions.
Education
Trained as both an architect and landscape architect, Shahab has taught design courses at Kuwait University, where he is originally from. He holds a Master’s in Landscape Architecture from Harvard University, a dual Bachelor’s in Architecture and Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design, and a Ph.D. in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia.
Interesting Facts
In his free time, Shahab enjoys visiting art museums, painting and drawing, planning vacations, and shopping for furniture. On rainy days, he’ll binge-watch historical documentaries.
