Implemented 3 Control Center solutions, provided 3 unique template sets for various divisions within the company
Each blueprint allowed the necessary teams the standard templates to manage each project both from a schedule and cost perspective
The team leveraged automation, reporting, and a dashboard to visualize key metrics at the project level
Program leads can provision projects based on an intake sheet for each program
As projects are provisions, key metrics, progress, and deliverable information are rolled together automatically and visualized on the portfolio level dashboard
They also integrated Resource Management to each blueprint providing allocation data across all projects
