Eric Carpentier is a Principal Management Consultant at M2, where he focuses on providing business-process improvement, change management, and budget support. Prior to M2, Eric worked as a business analyst where he has experience preparing Business Requirements Documents, as well as supporting small to large-scale projects from conception to completion. Eric also has experience in software development, data analysis, and data reporting.

Eric is currently working on a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University and graduated with a bachelor’s from the University of Maryland.
