About Deborah
Deborah McKinnon is a Principal Management Consultant at M2, where she focuses on providing operational, coordination, and facilitation support along with data analysis expertise. Prior to M2, Deborah worked as a senior project manager where she managed project activities, supervised contractual staff, and oversaw work performed by consultants for the National Institute of Health. Deborah also has experience in program operations, executive administrative support, calendar management, as well as recruitment coordination, and workforce strategy for diversified positions.
Education
Deborah graduated with a master’s in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s in English from the University of Maryland.
