About Carden
Carden Barkley is a Senior Management Consultant at M2, where she focuses on providing research, project management, and data analytics expertise. Prior to M2, Carden served as a NOAA Sea Grant Knauss Fellow in the Office of the Assistant Administrator for NOAA Fisheries where she provided support for senior leadership on sensitive and high-interest Fisheries management issues impacting both the agency and stakeholders. Carden has expertise in fisheries science and policy, and experience in crafting inter-governmental policy responses, briefing documents and memos for senior leadership, and meeting facilitation.
Education
Carden graduated with a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a bachelor’s from The University of Georgia.

In her free time, Carden enjoys baking, reading, scuba diving, and hiking with her husband on trails near DC.
