Ashley Cedeno is a Principal Management Consultant at M2, where she focuses on providing human capital, workforce plan implementation, and DEI&A support. Prior to M2, Ashley worked as a Management Consultant where she specialized in change management and strategic planning. Ashley also has experience in risk assessment, increasing employee efficiency, and process improvement. Ashley excels in establishing effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Education
Ashley graduated with a master’s from George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs and a bachelor’s from California State University, Northridge. Ashley is ProSci certified in Change Management.

In her free time, Ashley likes to stay informed on global events, learn new culinary techniques, and take walks with friends and family. She also contributes translation support to NGOs and communities dedicated to the fight against human trafficking.
