Jake Cross is a Management Consultant at M2, where he focuses on providing human capital support. Prior to M2, Jacob worked as a Human Resource Coordinator where he designed and built HR systems from the ground up, managed full-cycle recruitment, analyzed data, as well as facilitated training classes, and presented high-level reports.

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech.

In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and 8-month-old son Ethan. If he is not with his wife and son, Jake can probably be found on the golf course or watching the New York Giants.
