M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated Senior Management Consultant to join our growing firm and support our government clients, commercial clients, and leadership. Our projects are high-profile, fast-paced, and complex and provide a great opportunity to work on challenging engagements. Please see the responsibilities section below for additional details.

Desired Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience as a management consultant and demonstrate proven abilities and success in:
- Communications Support
- Governance Experience
- Data Analytics
- Salesforce Experience
- Strategic Planning
- Writing Briefings/Reports
Basic Qualifications:
- BA or BS Degree with a minimum of 6 years of consulting experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executive management, peers, employees, clients, other agencies and the public
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to make critical decisions with limited guidance while ensuring visibility into those decisions
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations for senior-level staff
Operating Status:
M2 eligible employees are currently authorized to work remotely but will be moving towards a hybrid plan this year, which will require working both in the office and remotely. All vaccinated M2 employees who wish to work from the office can do so. M2 Strategy policies on masks and other pandemic mitigation measures will continue to be informed by DC and CDC guidelines.
