Michael Lyons is a Principal Management Consultant at M2, where he focuses on providing IT Project Management and data analytics expertise. Prior to M2, Michael worked as an ERP Engagement Manager where he guaranteed the completion of projects within scope, budget, and time constraints, and also led a diverse team of consultants. He is a certified PMP project manager with extensive expertise in system implementations, process improvement, and governance.
Education
Mike graduated with an MBA in International Business from the University of Memphis, and a bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from Spring Hill College.
