About Kathleen
Kathleen Smith is a Manager at M2, leading teams and engagements in portfolio management, strategic communications, facilitation, and organizational design. Prior to joining M2, she was a consultant for the United States Coast Guard and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Education
Kathleen holds a master’s degree from Villanova University in political science and a bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University in history. She is a Certified Virtual Facilitator (CVF) through the International Institute for Facilitation.
