About Jessica
Jessica Grisler is a Senior Management Consultant at M2, providing operations, partner engagement, and human capital support to her clients. Prior to joining M2, she worked for the International Association of Chiefs of Police as a project manager, overseeing a Department of Justice project that focused on violence reduction and prevention in communities throughout the country. She also has experience in local government communications and community engagement, public affairs, and media.
Education
Jessica graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice. She went on to attend George Mason University where she earned her master’s degree in public administration with a focus on emergency management and homeland security.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys coaching youth softball, traveling, and cuddling with her dogs.
