Glynnis Roberts

Senior Management Consultant II
Glynnis works a Senior Management Consultant II at M2 where she supports her client with policy development, outreach, and implementation.
Previously, she worked serving as liaison with the coastal zone management programs in the NE/Mid-Atlantic region, as well as NOAA’s Coral Reef Conservation Program specializing in international trade of coral reef species. She also served with the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Science and Technology Cooperation, Bureau of Oceans, organizing bilateral Joint Committee Meetings and the development of Asian and Pacific region agreements. She is also a co-author of several NOAA Technical Memoranda and published papers. Glynnis is fluent in French and currently learning Spanish.
Glynnis holds a Masters of International Environmental Policy with a focus on Marine and Ocean Policy from the Monterey Institute for International Studies and was a 2008 John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellow.  


In her free time, Glynnis enjoys spending time with friends, being creative,  the ocean, and traveling.
