M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated Application Developer to join our growing firm and support our commercial and government clients with developing transformational solutions that create change and optimize operational efficiencies. We are a Platinum Consulting Partner with Smartsheet and leverage the tool to create digital workplaces that foster collaboration and innovation. Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Develop full lifecycle software applications that are well-designed, testable, and efficient
  • Test and maintain software applications to ensure strong functionality and optimization
  • Maintain and improve the performance of existing software applications.
  • Innovator in leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Smartsheet and Tableau, seamlessly integrating with diverse systems
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in our products and solutions
  • Experienced in both conceptualizing and actualizing software solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues with the client, team members, team leads and/or project management
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SaaS applications or proficiency in coding languages such as Python, HTML, Java, JavaScript, C++.
  • Interest in becoming a Smartsheet Certified developer and integrating with other technologies through APIs
  • Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. (Google Suite, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Highly driven and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment for a rapidly growing company
  • Able to multi-task, coordinate shifting priorities, and meet short deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to excel both independently and within a team setting.

Operating Status:

This position is a full-time remote position. Candidates must be available to work on Eastern Standard Time.

Physical Qualification(s) Required:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
  • Responsible for adhering to all established safety standards.
